The management team of Crestavilla, a luxury senior living community under construction in Laguna Niguel, CA, collected several dozen new and “gently used” Halloween costumes to benefit children who live at a nearby emergency shelter care facility.

“Crestavilla seeks to play a very involved role in the Orange County community, and we are pleased to support the good work of Orangewood Children and Family Center,” said Chris Andersen, Crestavilla’s executive director. The center is for children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected.

Crestavilla will featuring 201 residences when construction is complete early next year. The community will include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments up to 1,232 square feet.

The community will be operated by Integral Senior Living.
