Grande Oak Village is breaking ground in Tulare, CA. The new community will offer senior apartments, independent living, assisted living and memory care.

The first phase of the development is expected to be complete in early 2017. The community is owned by The Bethel Assembly of God and managed by Integral Senior Living.

  2. The Residence will offer 70 units of independent living consisting of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
  3. The Grande Oak Apartments will offer 82 total units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom senior apartments.
  4. A 20,000-square-foot clubhouse will serve as a community center for all of Tulare.
