Bullying, healthcare claims and health information technology safety will be the topics when the McKnight’s Fall Online Expo returns this Thursday.

Participants can earn up to three continuing education credits, learn about products and trends by visiting the virtual booths of industry vendors, and network live with colleagues and vendors, all from the convenience of their desks or online devices.

The first educational session will begin at 11 a.m. ET. Steven C. Greenwald, MSW, LCSW, president and CEO of SocialWork Consultation Group, will discuss bullying in long-term care settings. Attendees will gain ideas of how staff members can intervene in bullying situations and ways to involve residents in anti-bullying efforts.

Robin Gelburd, J.D., president of Fair Health, will talk about using healthcare claims to support facility decisions at a 12:30 p.m. ET webinar, and Lorraine Possanza, D.P.M., J.D., of the ECRI Institute, will discuss safe health IT practices at a 2 p.m. webinar.
