Human capital software company OnShift ranks 326 on Deloitte’s 2016 Technology Fast 500, a list of the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy technology companies in North America.

In 2015, Cleveland-based OnShift ranked 240 in the Fast 500 list. The company said it has experienced 229% revenue growth since then.
