Update: Cross was sentenced to death in November.
Sept. 3 was the third day of testimony in the penalty phase of the trial of a man found guilty of killing three people, including one outside a senior living community, in 2014 in Overland Park, KS.
Frazier Glenn Cross, 74, also known as Frazier Glenn Miller Jr., could be sentenced to life in prison without parole or death. He was convicted of capital murder on Monday for the deaths of Terri LaManno, 53; Reat Underwood, 14; and Underwood’s grandfather, William Corporon, 53, on April 13, 2014.
LaManno was shot and killed outside senior living community Village Shalom. The attack followed the shooting of Underwood and Corporon outside a nearby Jewish community center.
Village Shalom offers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing at its Overland Park campus.
