Phyllis Ayman’s’ second book, “Overdue: Quality Care for Our Elder Citizens,” was released in February 2019 and is based on her work as a speech-language pathologist in more than 40 skilled nursing facilities. She has a certificate as a dementia practitioner and consults with individuals and families seeking nursing home placement for themselves or their loved ones. As a regularly scheduled guest on WGCH-AM Greenwich (CT) Business Talk Radio, she is becoming a voice for eldercare advocacy.
