Bonita Springs hires Fuselli in dining services
Gerry Fuselli was appointed as director of food and beverage at The Terraces at Bonita Springs in Florida. In this position, he will be responsible for the management of food and beverage operations, including budgets and day to day dining services.
Before Bonita Springs, Fuselli worked in senior living dining services since 1992. Recently, he was the senior director of dining services at Morrison Senior Living, and the Northeast regional director of dining services at Erickson Retirement Communities.
Fuselli earned his associate's degree in culinary arts and his bachelor's in food service management from Johnson and Wales University.
