The Cardinal at North Hills, which will a continuing care retirement community licensed in Raleigh, NC, has begun vertical construction. It is scheduled to open in 2016. It will offer a month-to-month format.
The community is in North Hills Midtown, and has a first round of construction for the independent living buildings. The Cardinal is scheduled to have 165 independent living residences and 60 private assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing apartments.
Features include a lecture room, chapel, movie theater, library, card room, fitness center and walking paths, as well as a yoga lawn.
