Holiday Retirement Chief Financial Officer Scott Shanaberger has been promoted to chief operating officer, one of several management changes the company has announced.

Shanaberger’s former CFO duties will be assumed by Tyler Nelson, who will serve in the position on an interim basis. Nelson previously was senior vice president of finance, accounting and asset management.

In addition, Mark Prince has been promoted to senior vice president of operations. Prince previously served as district vice president of operations for Holiday’s central district.

Also, Vicky Barger was recently promoted to senior vice president of sales after serving as district vice president of sales for the Midwest. And Jamison Gosselin, who recently served as vice president of of marketing, was promoted to senior vice president of marketing, communications and resident enrichment.

“Today’s announcement recognizes how important alignment is to our future success as well as future investments we make into modernizing our products and services,” Lilly Donohue, Holiday’s chief executive officer, said in a statement. “By promoting and reorganizing leadership from within the company, we will ensure consistent execution of our day-to-day business and move faster to become the premier senior living enrichment brand.”
