Assisted living communities now can submit their staffing data via the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living LTC Trend Tracker, to learn more about their retention and turnover trends as well as their customer satisfaction results.

The organizations expanded the data collection tool to include assisted living last year. They expect to add more features this year, enabling assisted living communities to track their performance on several quality indicators.

Submission of data allows AHCA/NCAL to track and provide uniform data across assisted living so that providers can compare themselves with their peers. As hospitals and managed care organizations look for partners in care delivery, LTC Trend Tracker data also can help the industry demonstrate that assisted living provides high-quality care, according to AHCA/NCAL.

LTC Trend Tracker is a free benefit for AHCA/NCAL members communities. Members can learn how to register through the organizations’ website.
