SHA Capital Partners announces purchase of WI property

SHA Capital Partners LLC has completed its first senior housing acquisition, buying Heritage House of Portage for $5.9 million. The transaction closed Jan. 22 on the 66-unit assisted living property in Madison, WI.

SHA Capital Partners purchased the property directly from the owner. The firm said it expects  to pursue similar opportunities in Wisconsin and elsewhere.
