St. Andrew’s Village in Pennsylvania recently opened a new 17,000-square-foot community living and learning center with two garden courtyards. The center was part of a $10 million modernization project.

The new space can hold up to 110 people. Since its opening on April 13, dozens of events have been held for both residents and public. The center has audio and visual equipment with technology integration to allow it to be a multi-functional area for events.

The center also serves as a chapel space for multiple religious services and meetings, such as Mass, Sunday school and Bible study. In fact, the doors were donated from a local church to create a chapel-style feeling.

The community space is free to residents, family and outside community groups. There are also on-site culinary staff members that offer catering services.
