Summit Healthcare REIT has acquired four assisted living and memory care communities in Wisconsin. The properties, in Green Bay and Appleton, were purchased for about $18.4 million.
The communities, with a total of 125 units, will be operated by an affiliate of Compass Senior Living, headquartered in Eugene, OR. Compass also operates another property in the REIT’s portfolio.
