Adam Wallace has joined OnShift as chief product officer.

In his new role, Wallace will lead the company’s product management and development teams, ensuring the continued production of human capital management software designed to help post-acute and senior living providers lower costs, drive operational efficiencies and improve quality of care. OnShift said it added the executive position in response to the significant growth the company is experiencing in long-term care and senior living.

“Adam has a proven track record leading world-class technology teams in high-growth organizations,” said OnShift CEO Mark Woodka. Wallace has more than 20 years of technology-related experience, having held leadership positions with Oracle, Explorys, BEA, MRI Software and Flashline. He formerly was recognized as one of Computerworld’s “Premier 100 IT Leaders.”
