Brandywine Senior Living completed a $100 million assisted living construction pipeline this summer when it opened the doors to three new communities in the Philadelphia and New York metropolitan areas and expanded two existing communities. These projects resulted in more than 300 additional units to the Brandywine portfolio.

The new communities:

  • Brandywine Senior Living at Haddonfield, NJ, 15 minutes from downtown Philadelphia.

  • Brandywine Senior Living at Mahwah, NJ, the company’s first building in Bergen County, the most populated county in the state, located 30 miles west of New York City.

  • Brandywine Senior Living at Upper Providence, located in Phoenixville, PA (Montgomery County), 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia.

The two expansions were completed at existing communities in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Litchfield, CT. In addition, Brandywine has a 120-unit community under construction in Livingston, NJ, and is planning two new starts in the Washington, DC, region in the beginning of 2016.
