Clint Knacke has been promoted to chief financial officer of The Goodman Group, a national developer and manager of senior living and healthcare communities, residential communities and commercial properties. Knacke has been with The Goodman Group for nearly 20 years, most recently as controller.

“Clint has excelled in all areas of The Goodman Group’s accounting and finance structure, including tax and new business development, and has accumulated a wealth of industry specific knowledge during his two decades here,” said John Goodman, the company’s chairman.

Knacke joined the company in 1996 as a retail accountant. Over the past five years, he has led the accounting department as senior manager and then was named controller in 2014. In these roles, according to The Goodman Group, he played an integral part in the company’s global expansion to the United Kingdom, including creating capital relationships and financial modeling. As controller, Knacke was responsible for the overall function and guidance of the accounting department, including the financial, audit, tax and process improvement areas.

He has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN.
