HHHunt recently held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting for the first Spring Arbor community in Maryland, Spring Arbor of Severna Park. It includes 78 senior apartments — studios and one and two bedroom suites — as well as a variety of services for assisted and memory care living.

“We’re very excited to officially open our doors,” said Lindsay Levesque, associate executive director of the community.

Amenities include the use of individualized care plans that focus on a level of care rather than a la carte pricing, which is more thorough and cost efficient for residents; a spa; a salon; multiple libraries; sunrooms; common spaces; restaurant-style dining; a wellness room with equipment for physical and occupational therapy; and transportation to medical appointments

As with all Spring Arbor communities, resident activities, such as art and music programs, will be emphasized.

HHHunt owns and manages 21 senior living communities in Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia.
