Human capital management software company OnShift is now a Silver Partner of LeadingAge, the organization announced Thursday.

Based in Cleveland, OnShift was founded in 2009 to provide long-term care and senior living organizations with cloud-based software for hiring, scheduling and workforce analysis.

“OnShift has always valued our relationship with LeadingAge and the incredible work they do in aging services. Becoming a Silver Partner was a natural next step for us,” stated Mark Woodka, CEO of OnShift. “We look forward to working with LeadingAge to offer their members education and resources on payroll-based journal reporting and other workforce issues.”

Recently, OnShift ranked No. 240 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies in North America. In 2014, Woodka was named tech leader of the year by “Inside Business.” Also, OnShift’s philanthropic committee, OnShift Cares, works with different organizations to support the aging services community.

“OnShift’s mission, to solve every day workforce challenges, aligns very well with LeadingAge members’ needs,” commented Katie Smith Sloan, president and CEO of LeadingAge. “We are excited about partnering with OnShift and look forward to working together on PBJ solutions and future opportunities.”
