Shelley Beville has been named regional director of clinical operations at Watercrest Senior Living Group

Beville brings more than 33 years of experience in healthcare, with the majority of that time in senior living. She most recently was regional director of clinical operations for a large senior living provider and previously held roles as an executive director, assisted living manager and nurse care manager.

Consonus promotes Guy Cowart to chief customer success officer

Guy Cowart has been promoted to chief customer success officer at Consonus Healthcare.

Cowart joined Consonus Rehab (then RSI) in 2001 as regional vice president of operations to oversee the company’s newly established California region. He went on to be vice president of operations, followed in 2007 by his role as president.

Claiborne appoints Wade Williams regional director of sales

Wade Williams has been named regional director of sales for Claiborne Senior Living’s Georgia and South Carolina communities.

Williams brings more than 20 years of experience in the senior living industry to the role and has multi-site management experience in a variety of settings and markets.

Wesley Enhanced Living names Daniel Hood executive director of Main Line community

Daniel Hood has been named executive director of the Main Line community at Wesley Enhanced Living.

Hood worked as vice president of transactions for Fundamental Administrative Services, a national long-term and post-acute healthcare management company. He also has served in administrative roles for Eye Associates of Lancaster, LTD, SpiriTrust Lutheran-The Village at Sprenkle Drive, Squirrel Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, and Fundamental Client Facilities.

Hood holds a master’s degree in health administration from Pennsylvania State University and has a certificate in long-term care administration and policy. He also is a licensed nursing home administrator.

Ativo welcomes Rafael Jan as new executive director

Rafael Jan has been named executive director at Ativo Senior Living of Yuma

Jan has worked in senior living for 15 years and began his career as a caregiver. He has since worked in various roles, including business office manager and executive director.

Anthem Memory Care appoints Trisha Thomas as ED for Aurora, CO, Community

Trisha Thomas has been named executive director for Chelsea Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Aurora, CO. In this capacity, she will oversee all daily care, programming and operations.

Thomas previously was executive director with Brookdale Westland Meridian in Lakewood, CO. She also was executive director for Pinehurst Park Memory Care in Denver.

Thomas brings more than 20 years of senior living and 15 years of nursing experience to this position. She earned an associate degree in nursing from Denver School of Nursing in Denver.

LeadingAge Florida announces Kacie McCloud as director of accounting and finance

Kacie McCloud has been hired as director of accounting and finance for LeadingAge Florida

McCloud has more than 10 years of accounting knowledge and experience, with a  specialization in nonprofit entities. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Society of Association Executives. 

McCloud holds an undergraduate degree from Flagler College and a master’s degree in accountanting from Troy University.

JD Solutions Group adds Kellie Kulick as VP of coaching and training

Kellie Kulick has been named vice president of coaching and training for JD Solutions Group

Kulick brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living operations and sales to a growing coaching and training sales consultancy. She comes to JDSG from LCB Senior Living, where she was a regional director of sales. Previously, she held both sales leadership and operations roles with Benchmark Senior Living. 

Kulick graduated from Lasell University in Newton, MA, with a degree in physical therapy.

Perkins Eastman welcomes Drew Roskos to senior living team

Drew Roskos has joined Perkins Eastman as an associate principal in the Chicago studio.

After earning an undergraduate degree in architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Roskos pursued a range of senior living and multifamily work. In an effort to connect on a deeper level with the residents, staff and operators on his projects, he went on to receive a master’s degree in gerontology from Concordia University Chicago.

AG Architecture name Hailey Schwobe, Justin Koeppler senior associates

Hailey Schwobe and Justin Koeppler have been named senior associates by AG Architecture.

Schwobe began her career at AG after completing her master’s degree in architecture at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She serves as project manager on the strategic, multi-phased repositioning and renovation of Eastcastle Place, a senior living community in the Milwaukee area with historically significant buildings.

Koeppler’s career path also began at AG upon graduation from UWM with a master’s degree in architecture. He has played a key role in the successful development of a scalable and repeatable multifamily housing product for Fiduciary Real Estate Development, according to the firm.

Greene Park Capital hires Kevin Carden to lead new senior living investment platform

Kevin Carden will be exclusively engaged by Greene Park Capital to lead its newly formed senior living investment platform.

Carden was senior vice president acquisitions for REDICO, a real estate investor, and American House, its senior living operating company, from 2014 until 2022. Prior to that, he was senior vice president corporate finance for specialty investment bank Ziegler from 2002 to 2014. Earlier, he was portfolio manager for senior living for the RREEF Funds and was director of acquisitions for Classic Residence by Hyatt, now known as Vi Senior Living. He started his career in long-term care as a nursing home administrator at Manor Care. 

Carden earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Argentum promotes Olivia Wilson to direct organization’s DEIB efforts

Olivia Wilson has been promoted to lead Argentum’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts. Her new title is senior director of DEIB, which will expand on her role as human resources lead.

Wilson most recently completed the Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate program from Cornell ILR School, which provides a foundation to identify, develop and support HR initiatives for diversity and inclusion.

Wilson has more than 15 years of HR management experience in higher education, healthcare and the nonprofit sectors. In 2020, her desire to impact social justice and cultural change led to the creation of the JEDI [Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion] program at Argentum. 

National Center to Reframe Aging welcomes 16 to new advisory board

The National Center to Reframe Aging, an organization dedicated to reshaping the conversation about older people, has established a new advisory board with 16 members from various professional backgrounds.

The board members were tapped to bring knowledge, strategic thinking and interpersonal attributes to their role; to identify key organizations and decision-makers who can help advance the initiative; and support activities aligning with National Center project goals.

RF Technologies welcomes David Ledesma as chief financial officer

David Ledesma has been named chief financial officer at Brookfield, WI-based RF Technologies. He will lead the company’s finance organization and financial activities, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, relations, internal audits and treasury with the goal of achieving profitable growth for RFT’s senior living, hospitality and hospital solutions.

Before joining RFT, Ledesma spent five years with dormakaba Americas as senior vice president of finance and spent 11 years as the vice president of finance for Regal Beloit. His experience spans 20 years across varied business markets with roles across North, South and Central America, as well as Europe.

The RFT family of solutions includes Code Alert nurse call, fall detection and wander management; Safe Place patient, staff and asset protection; Help Alert staff duress; and Sensatec fall management products.
