Bridge Senior Living appoints Lindsey Daugherty VP of operations

Lindsey Daugherty has been appointed vice president of operations by Bridge Senior Living, Orlando, FL.

Daugherty has almost 25 years of experience in senior living. Prior to joining Bridge, she was principal for South Carolina at Dominion Senior Living for four and a half years. For two of those years, she was principal and campus director for Dominion and Everlan by Dominion Senior Living, a continuum-of care-campus in Clemson, S.C., with independent living, assisted living and memory care.

Before Dominion, she was regional director of operations, overseeing four communities operated by Carillon Assisted Living in North Carolina.

Daugherty is a licensed long-term care administrator in South Carolina, a licensed assisted living administrator in North Carolina, an assisting care living facility administrator in Tennessee and a certified dementia practitioner via the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners.

Legacy Senior Living promotes Melissa Boatwright, RN, to VP of clinical services

Melissa Boatwright, RN, has been promoted by Legacy Senior Living, Cleveland, TN, to vice president of clinical services. She first joined the company in 2015 as a residential care director and subsequently moved to the position of executive director of Legacy Village.

In her new position, Boatwright will directly support the leadership of all 15 senior living communities operated by Legacy to help ensure that the level of care meets and exceeds the needs of both state regulatory requirements and the organization’s standards.

During the pandemic, Boatwright developed COVID-19 policies and procedures for the company that were successful in keeping residents and employees safe.

Anthem Memory Care hires Danae Mierau executive director of Willowbrook Place

Danae Mierau has joined Wichita, KS-based Anthem Memory Care as executive director of Willowbrook Place, Littleton, CO. In this position, Mierau will oversee daily care, programming and operations.

Before joining Anthem, Mierau was director of rehabilitation and physical therapy at Legacy Healthcare, Littleton, CO. She also worked as a physical therapist with Berkley Home Health in Aurora, CO.

Mierau holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Anthem Memory Care names Kaysue Hall community relations director for Chisholm Place

Kaysue Hall has been named as the new community relations director for Chrisholm Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Wichita, KS. In the role, Hall will be in charge of community outreach and marketing.

Before joining Anthem, Hall was sales leader for Grasslands Estates, a Holiday Retirement community in Wichita, KS. She also has held a variety of positions in the hospitality and transportation sectors.

Retirement Unlimited Inc. announces return of Ashley Jackson

Ashley Jackson, MBA, LNHA, has returned to Retirement Unlimited Inc., Roanoke, VA, as senior executive director for The Hidenwood and Bay Lake communities in Virginia. She will report directly to Ray Tate, regional vice president of operations.

In her new position, Jackson will be executive director for The Hidenwood Community in Newport News, VA, and also be responsible for overseeing and supporting the executive director and team at the Bay Lake Community in Virginia Beach, VA. 

Jackson, who previously was executive director of the Bay Lake Community, has 15 years of experience in the field. She has an MBA in healthcare management from Saint Leo University. 

RiverWoods welcomes Aaron Barth as executive director

Aaron Barth has joined RiverWoods, an Asbury Communities property in Lewisburg, PA, as executive director. He started Aug. 23.

Barth worked at the Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA, for the past six years. Most recently, he was operations manager for the congenital heart program. There, he was responsible for overseeing operations and growth for 25 clinics, including the design and launch of a new virtual cardiac rehab program.

Barth has an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, as well as an MBA from Wesleyan College. 

ATI Advisory hires Brianna Ensslin Janoski as new director

Brianna Ensslin Janoski has joined ATI Advisory as a director. She will focus on issues in relation to Medicaid long-term services and supports and dually eligible populations.

Before joining the company, Janoski was an independent consultant supporting clients on projects in the areas of managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, state health insurance programs, and the integration of care for vulnerable populations. 

Most recently, Janoski was associate vice president of Medicare/MMP Product at Molina Healthcare. In this capacity, she led a team in charge of more than 20 plan benefit packages, driving development, administration and training of these products nationwide. 

Janoski holds a Master of Public Health degree with an urban health focus from Northeastern University.

PointClickCare makes changes to executive leadership team

Effective Sept. 1, Mike Wessinger, CEO and co-founder of PointClick Care, Mississauga, ON, is leading the board of directors as executive chair.

Co-founder and president Dave Wessinger succeeded Mike Wessinger as CEO, and Julieann Esper Rainville succeeded Dave Wessinger as president.

Bill Dillane, the company’s current board of directors’ chairman, will continue to serve on the board as vice chair.

The company is Canada’s largest private software company and serves more than 21,000 care providers across North America.
