Meridian Senior Living in North Carolina has chosen SmartLinx Solutions LLC for its workforce management needs.
The WorkLinx™ suite of products includes staff scheduling, time and attendance, training and certification management. It also offers human resources management, ACA compliance management, employee self-service, and mobile solutions, the company said.
The system was rolled out to 63 facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia in March, with additional facilities planned to follow in 2016.
“Seeing the WorkLinx solution in action onsite at SmartLinx clients, and how they were able to centralize and manage large-scale workforce operations with a very small team, amazed me,” said Tom Stahlschmidt, Senior Director of Meridian Senior Living.
