Senior living providers Vi and Trilogy Health Services are winners of Glassdoor’s 12th annual Employees’ Choice Awards, honoring the Best Places to Work in 2020 across the United States.
The awards are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their jobs, work environments and employers over the past year. Vi and Trilogy are listed in the No. 26 and No. 82 spots, respectively, on the list of 100 Best Places to Work, honoring U.S. employers with 1,000 or more employees. Glassdoor also issued a list of 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work For, honoring U.S. employers with fewer than 1,000 employees. Companies on both lists are ranked based on their overall rating achieved during the past year.
Chicago-based Vi operates a total of 10 continuing care retirement communities across Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois and South Carolina. Louisville, KY-based Trilogy operates more than 100 senior living and post-acute communities across Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.
Among the other familiar names on the large-employer list: CDW (No. 51), Yardi Systems (No. 53), Johnson & Johnson (No. 71), PwC (No. 94) and Epic (No. 96).
