Ziegler has closed on the sale of the Brentwood Portfolio of six senior living communities located in Indiana and Michigan.
The portfolio consists of 653 rental units, including over 460 assisted living and memory care units, 159 independent living apartments and 30 villas. It was purchased by Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III.
The transaction closed in three phases. Also, Ziegler introduced Griffin-American Healthcare REIT to a third-party management service company that currently manages 21 senior care properties throughout the country.
