Arabella of Longview, an assisted living community managed by Civitas Senior Living in Longview, TX, recently recreated the first date of residents Eleanor and Jim Heinz, 68 years later.

At noon on Oct. 18, the community served their favorite meal from their favorite restaurant with wine and live music in their apartment. Jim enjoyed glazed salmon with fried rice, and Elaine had sushi.
