Watercrest Senior Living Group treated almost 100 associates and guests — from executive chefs and sales directors to maintenance and wellness directors — to entertainment by comedian Tom Cotter and Joe Castillo from NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” at Costa d’Este Beach Resort in Vero Beach, FL, as the company held its inaugural “white party,” named for the color of clothing attendees were asked to wear.

“Our people are invaluable, and we strive to express our appreciation through unique events like the Watercrest White Party,” Watercrest Principal and CEO Marc Vorkapich said. He and Principal and Chief Financial Officer Joan Williams hosted the event, part of a two-day leadership retreat.

“We firmly believe in developing our talented leaders, celebrating their God-given gifts and creating a sense of camaraderie and family, which unifies our organization,” Vorkapich added.

The party also included a local musician and an artist who created a portrait of the event during the event, as a memento.
