The event will feature four hour-long educational sessions:

  • 11 a.m. ET — “Knowledge is power: Citation trends and preparing for your on-site survey.” Attendees will hear about the key areas surveyors focus on in assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing, the top citations issued by surveyors, steps you can take to minimize the risk of being cited, and how to prepare for surveyors and work with them while they’re on site.
  • 12:30 p.m. ET — “Using a career ladder to recruit and retain long-term employees.” Attendees will learn data-driven strategies to engage and motivate staff members in their training, as well as how to cultivate a culture of learning that retains employees and enables care staff members to reach their highest potential.
  • 2 p.m. ET — “Elevating senior living quality through trusted partnerships.” Attendees will learn how to align with talent partners for recruitment, retention, and training and support resources, as well as the positive effects those partnerships can have on staff satisfaction, resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • 3:30 p.m. ET — “Technology implementation strategy: Best practices for senior living communities.” Attendees will learn how to identify the right technology solutions for your community, potential roadblocks to implementing technology, strategies for engaging staff members and residents in the implementation process, and how to measure the effects of technology on resident and staff outcomes.

Webinar attendees also will be able to visit the online booths before and after the CE sessions.
