McKnight’s Home Care’s sister brands will honor 52 women in senior living and long-term care on May 18 during its third annual Women of Distinction program. The following day, three free panel discussions on the topics of COVID-19, diversity in the workplace and secrets to career success will be available for continuing education credits.

McKnight’s Senior Living and McKnight’s Long-Term Care News will celebrate women in three categories: Hall of Honor, Rising Stars and Veteran VIPs. They also will name Mary Ouslsey this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

The May 19 forum will feature three educational webinars, each worth one free continuing education credit. The first forum session will be “Addressing pandemic challenges with success.” It will showcase industry leaders in senior living and skilled nursing who have successfully dealt with COVID-19-related challenges. The 11 a.m. ET webinar will offer best practices and tips.

“Finding success in increasing diversity and inclusion” is the second session. It will start at 12:15 p.m. ET. The third session, “Secrets to career success,” will start at 1:30 p.m. ET.
