Kim Te Brugge, a 2021 Woman of
Distinction, will speak during the
COVID-19 panel discussion.

It’s not too late to reserve your place. The third annual McKnight’s Women of Distinction event will take place next Tuesday and Wednesday.

An awards ceremony to celebrate 52 women in senior living and long-term care will be held next Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. ET. The following day, there will be three panel discussions in which attendees can receive one continuing education credit each. McKnight’s Home Care’s sister brands, McKnight’s Senior Living and McKnight’s Long-Term Care News, will be holding the event.

The first forum session will be “Addressing pandemic challenges with success.” It will showcase industry leaders in senior living and skilled nursing who have successfully dealt with COVID-19-related challenges. The 11 a.m. ET webinar will offer best practices and tips.

“Finding success in increasing diversity and inclusion” is the second session. It will start at 12:15 p.m. ET. The leaders of A.G. Rhodes, Brookdale Senior Living, Christian Living Communities and Eclipse Senior Living will offer a first-hand look at their organizations’ diversity and inclusion efforts during this webinar.

The third session, “Secrets to career success,” will start at 1:30 p.m. ET. Five 2021 Hall of Honor winners will offer their perspectives on making it to the top of their fields.

Both the awards and forum events are open to a broad audience. There is no cost to attend. Registration is ongoing. For more information or to register, visit mcknightswomenofdistinction.com.
