Liza Berger is the editor of the McKnight’s home care vertical. Having previously served as senior editor of McKnight’s Long-Term Care News from 2004 to 2011, she rejoined McKnight’s Long-Term Care News as senior editor in 2019 before assuming her current role in 2021.
When she is not figuring out how states calculate provider taxes and intergovernmental transfers, she is spending time with her husband and baby boy, playing in the Evanston Symphony Orchestra, fitting in some exercise or taking a nap.
