Merger, handshake

Tyler, TX-based Choice Health at Home is expanding across the Lone Star State and Oklahoma.

The home health, hospice and rehabilitation service provider announced last week that it acquired Restore Home Health, which operates in five central and northeast Oklahoma communities.

“Our goal is to provide excellent healthcare to our patients in the comfort of their home. We are very excited about our segments of healthcare and the opportunity to serve the residents of the state of Oklahoma,” Choice Health at Home CEO David Jackson said.

Choice Health at Home entered the Oklahoma market earlier this year with the acquisition of Angelic Hospice in Shawnee.

The company also completed its acquisition of Austin, TX-based Home Therapy last week.

Choice Health at Home now operates in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. The company began actively buying home health and hospice firms in 2019 and said it will continue looking for more acquisitions.
