American Baptist Homes of the West is using Dude Solutions’ TheWorxHub platform for operations and maintenance management.
ABHOW has 6,200 residents in continuing care retirement / life plan communities in Arizona, California, Nevada, Oklahoma and Washington. “Managing several different communities across various states can be challenging, but TheWorxHub makes it possible to monitor the productivity of various communities in one unified dashboard,” said John Burke, corporate director of buildings and grounds for ABHOW. “This will help us improve day-to-day care and offer our residents and their families exceptional service.”
ABHOW team members such as concierge and facility directors have mobile access to TheWorxHub for submitting real-time work order requests and updates. Work completion details such as time spent, parts used and any issues encountered can be filed “on the go.” A bar-coding feature allows technicians to scan the equipment or device’s coordinating bar code and access any current work orders or upcoming preventive maintenance tasks.
