Minnetonka, MN-based senior living software platform Eldermark has launched a new contact center, staffed around-the-clock, to provide inbound and outbound call capabilities including appointment-setting, customer services, post discharge follow-up and more.

The center also supports live chat that integrates with Eldermark’s sales customer relationship management and marketing automation solutions.

Eldermark customers will be able to provide both the contact center and live chat options to their audiences for services costs beginning at $350 per month. Eldermark customers who currently using the contact center and live chat features can receive Eldermark’s new integrated Sales CRM software for no cost.

“Our 24/7 contact center and live chat ensures that each community can articulate their value and provide an excellent customer experience, no matter when or where their customers are reaching out,” Eldermark President and CEO Craig Patnode said. “The integration with our new CRM takes that seamless experience to a whole new level and will be a game-changer for any senior living community looking to increase their census.”

The new CRM was developed with feedback from more than 400 operators nationwide, according to Eldermark. It integrates with the company’s electronic health record and marketing automation solution in an effort to make it easy and fast to gain insight into sales and occupancy activity, trends and projections with an array of standard or custom reports.

Along with this bundle, Eldermark recently launched a turnkey marketing solution that includes marketing automation and a full-service agency, which senior living operators can leverage for an array of digital and traditional marketing services.
