PointClickCare, Stanley Healthcare and MatrixCare / Brightree are among the companies recognized in the Best in KLAS 2020 Software & Services report released Friday. The report ranks healthcare IT software and services vendors across numerous market segments.
PointClickCare was recognized as the Best in KLAS segment winner in long-term care. Following a comprehensive 12-month survey and audit period conducted by KLAS, the company had the highest overall score for the long-term care segment. The company received top marks in categories for culture, loyalty, operations and product, and it was identified as a top performer in the relationship and value, quality of training, implementation, and ease of use categories.
Stanley Healthcare was recognized for the MobileView platform for its AeroScout environment-monitoring solutions in the real-time location systems category (hardware and software). The company said it has earned the top-ranked position six times over the 10-year history of the RTLS category.
MatrixCare / Brightree was tops in the Home Health & Hospice (Large) category, and Thornberry topped the Home Health & Hospice (Small) category for NDoc. The large category is for average daily census of more than 200, and the small category is for average daily census of zero up to 200.
