A new collaboration between cloud-based operations management technology company TheWorxHub by Dude Solutions and Caremerge will enable The WorxHub users to submit and review maintenance requests via Caremerge’s Community Engagement platform.
From routine maintenance to ad hoc cleaning, work order requests submitted through Caremerge will be transferred to TheWorxHub operations platform to be processed in real time.
In addition to submitting and tracking requests, residents will be able to log into Caremerge online via a tablet device, smartphone or desktop or laptop computer to see community announcements, activity calendars, dining menus and more.
