A developer has expressed interest in turning rapper 50 Cent’s 52-room home and 17.6-acre grounds in Farmington, CT, into a senior living community, according to the Hartford Courant.

The residence, which Zillow.com says tops out at more than 50,000 square feet, currently has three separate living quarters, each with a full kitchen, bedrooms, and living and dining rooms. It has a total of 21 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms, according to the listing agent, Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Additional features include an indoor pool and hot tub, a night club, an indoor court, multiple game rooms, a green screen room, a recording studio, a gym, a conference room and a home theater. The grounds include a pool, grotto, pond, basketball court, guesthouses and gardens.

“It is one of the few homes in Connecticut that have approved grounds for landing a helicopter,” real estate agent Jennifer Leahy notes.

Additional features listed on Zillow include a gated entry, a three-story atrium, a billiards room, a racquetball court and a tennis court with viewing area.

Built in 1985, the home was listed for sale at $14.5 million in December 2008, according to Zillow, and has been on and off the market since then, the price dropping along the way. It most recently had been listed in October, for $8.5 million.
