McKnight's Senior Living Online Expo

The virtual doors to the McKnight’s Senior Living Online Expo open this morning at 10:30 a.m. ET. Attendees can earn up to three free continuing education credits.

Workforce, technology and behavioral health will be the three tracks of the third annual event:

  • 11 a.m. ET: Eleanor Feldman Barbera, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist consulting in long-term care communities, will speak about “Behavioral health in senior living: Improving practices, reducing risk.”
  • 1 p.m. ET: Kimberly Gordy, an associate at the law firm BakerHostetler and a trained clinical ethicist, will discuss “Mobile tech: Friend or foe in the senior living workplace?”
  • 2:30 p.m. ET: Matt Bromen, human resources director at Seattle-based Era Living, will talk about “The talent war: 3 strategies for winning In today’s competitive market.”

Attendees also will be able to mingle with their peers and top companies serving the industry at the Online Expo’s virtual exhibit hall.

Registration will be ongoing throughout the event at www.mcknightsseniorliving.com/June20Expo. Webinars may be viewed for up to one year after they originally are offered, but CE credits may be earned only by individuals tuning in for the live broadcast.
