Knoxville, TN-based senior living development, management and marketing company Solinity and Duluth, GA-based new construction builder Paran Homes announced a new partnership Thursday that will develop, own and operate affordable senior living communities in the Southeast.

“We like to partner with teams who have experience developing and delivering a memorable experience at a rate which provides opportunities for seniors to have a choice in comfortable living situations,” said Solinity CEO Josh Crisp, who will direct the partnership with Paran Homes CEO Whit Marshall.

The team is planning to locate the first community in Henry County, GA. It will feature independent living — with villas and apartment-style housing for active older adults — as well as assisted living, memory care and intergenerational / multigenerational components such as a children’s daycare center for children of staff members and members of the public.

Sites will be anchored in locations with shopping centers and other amenities to appeal to residents’ adult children, too, according to the partners.

“We are actively looking for additional sites to continue to meet the needs of aging adults and families as we expand upon the brand and the opportunity in the marketplace,” Marshall said in a statement.

The partners expect to announce additional details about the concept, community appearance, location, amenities and services soon.
