Kisco Senior Living will deploy K4Connect’s flagship product, K4Community, in 16 of its communities across 13 cities in California, Florida, North Carolina and Virginia, the company announced Monday.
Implementation of the technology will affect more than 3,000 residents, Kisco said.
Scott Moody, co-founder, CEO and chief client advocate at K4Connect, said the partnership is his company’s largest multi-community deployment to date.
K4Community enables residents to use an app to adjust their thermostats and lighting and to connect with family, friends and other community residents. The technology also provides community staff members and leaders with management and analytics tools and aims to help cut the administrative burden and printing cuts.
The rollout is occurred after Kisco implemented K4Community at The Cardinal at North Hills, its newest senior living community, located in Raleigh, NC, earlier this year. There, 79% of residents regularly use the technology, the company said.
