Residents of Tallgrass Creek, an Erickson Living community in Overland Park, KS, recently took to the photo booth during the retirement community’s Luau and Family Fun Day.
About 80 continuing care neighborhood residents and more than 120 guests participated in the event. In addition to the photo booth, activities included a Polynesian hula dancer, shaved ice and selfie-stick photos amid Hawaiian décor. The meal included sushi, coconut shrimp, mahi-mahi, pulled pork, fried rice and Asian-themed ice cream.
