Integral Senior Living has been selected to manage Town Village North Dallas, which is owned by Dallas TX 1 Senior Property LLC, a subsidiary of ROC Senior Housing Holdings LLC. The senior living community has 243 independent living units and 26 assisted living units.

Town Village North Dallas is undergoing a multimillion dollar renovation with the goal of better serving residents and the marketplace. The renovation will enhance the lobby and bistro/bar area, movie theater, fitness center, dining room, private dining room, outdoor area and apartment amenities. It also will involve an entire rebranding.
