MSL Expo Sessions

Senior living professionals will have the opportunity to earn three continuing education credits from their desktop computers or online devices June 20 at McKnight’s Senior Living’s Expo 2017.

The free one-day event will include three webinars, each certified for one hour of CE credit from the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards for those who attend live.

At an 11 a.m. ET session, Renee Kinder, MS, CCC-SLP, RAC-CT, will discuss disease progression and how attendees can deliver person-centered care to residents with dementia.

At 1 p.m. ET, Linda Shell, DNP, MA, RN, will share how to reduce falls, pain and polypharmacy in senior living by helping to improve sleep in older adults.

At 2:30 p.m. ET, Tommy Corner, Ed.D., and Mark Woodka will discuss how senior living operators can find the best candidates for their open positions and then engage and keep them.

The expo also will include a virtual trade show where attendees will be able to network live with colleagues and vendors, visit virtual booths and learn about the latest products, services and industry trends.
