Glassdoor recognizes Aegis as one of the nation’s top employers

Aegis Living Living has become the first senior living operator named to Glassdoor’s list of the Top 50 Best Places to Work.

The firm has senior living facilities in California, Nevada and Washington and employs more than 2,200 people.

“Our employees deserve this award. They love our residents and value their wisdom,” said Aegis Living founder and CEO Dwayne Clark.

The Best Places to Work list is determined each year, based primarily on anonymous company reviews. Finalists are selected from more than 600,000 companies. The complete list is available here.
