The proposed rule would allow employers to join together as a single group to purchase insurance in the large group market, according to the proposal.

The case involves hundreds of lawsuits that were led by women who claim they suffered bone fractures after taking Fosamax, which is used to combat osteoporosis. In May, the U.S. Solicitor General urged the Supreme Court to review the issue.
The Trump administration has named Uttam Dhillon as the new head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Dhillon previously served as deputy White House counsel.
