  • At 1 p.m. EDT, Deb Reardanz, president and CEO of Clark-Lindsey Village, Urbana, IL, will host “New strategies in staffing: Developing a partnership with your local university.” She and Laura Edwards, director of strategic initiatives at the continuing care retirement community, will share how the community has worked with a local university to improve retention, support existing clinical staff and attract new talent.
  • At 3 p.m. EDT, Leah Klusch, RN, BSN, head of the Alliance Training Center, Alliance, OH, will lead a session called “Are you ready for the changes coming to MDS 3.0?” Her presentation will examine the changes to coding coming for skilled nursing providers in the RAI manual update, and she’ll share process suggestions and organizational recommendations.

Attendees will have an opportunity to earn one free CE credit per session.

The event also will include a virtual exhibition hall, which will enable attendees to meet with vendors and learn about long-term care products and services.

The expo will take place anywhere an internet connection can be found. Visit this page to learn more about the speakers, sessions and registration.
