McKnight’s Senior Living editors are finalists for four awards from the American Society of Business Publication Editors, the organization announced Tuesday.
Senior Editor Lois A. Bowers is up for national and regional AZBEE Awards in the Best Blog – How-to Tips/Service category. She also is a contender for a regional award in the Best Blog – Analysis/Commentary category. Editorial Director John O’Connor is a finalist for a regional award in the Best Blog – Analysis/Commentary category.
Sister media brand McKnight’s Long-Term Care News is contending for three regional awards, in the Best Blog – Analysis/Commentary, Best Print Feature Article/General Interest and Best Print News Section categories.
In most award categories at the regional and national level, gold, silver and bronze awards are presented. Awards for the Upper Midwest Region, of which McKnight’s Senior Living is a part, will be presented June 29. National award winners will be announced July 21 at ASBPE’s conference in St. Petersburg, FL.
