LCB announces Danielle Breton, Timothy DuRoss to succeed Michael Stoller as CEO
Michael Stoller will be stepping down as CEO of Norwood, MA-based LCB Senior Living effective today, the company announced last week. Current Chief Investment Officer Danielle Breton and Chief Operating Officer Timothy DuRoss have been promoted to co-CEOs.
Stoller will remain active at the company as chairman of its board.
Founded in 2012, LCB owns and/or operates 41 senior living communities across Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The company acquired five new management contracts over the past year while completing construction and opening its newest community, The Residence at Bedford, Bedford, MA.
Presbyterian Senior Living promotes Dylan McAlister, Dan Krieger
Dylan McAlister has been promoted to chief finance and strategy officer, and Dan Krieger has been promoted to chief business integration and compliance officer, at Dillsburg, PA-based Presbyterian Senior Living.
McAlister joined PSL in 1998 as an accounting manager and worked her way up to chief financial officer in 2020. A graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, she is pursuing her master’s degree in strategic management at Pennsylvania State University.
Krieger, after working in the medical device industry and subsequently serving as a licensed nursing home administrator, joined PSL as the executive director at Windy Hill Village, Philipsburg, PA, in 2007 and has taken on new roles and responsibilities before being promoted to senior vice president of risk, compliance and business development.
Solstice announces three promotions
Nathan Mills has been promoted to senior vice president of operations, Israel Regus has been promoted to regional director of operations, West region, and Tasha Arlen has been promoted to area director of operations at Carlsbad, CA-based Solstice Senior Living.
Mills joined Solstice in August 2018 with more than a decade of experience in operations, marketing and sales. He previously was vice president of operations. He will continue to have oversight in the East and West regions and will focus on expanding his mentorship and enhancing business strategies for both regions.
Regus formerly was area executive director and executive director of Solstice at Apple Valley, Apple Valley, CA.
Arlen also will continue to serve as executive director at Solstice at Columbia, Columbia, MO. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management.
Blakeford hires Carolyn Picton as sales and marketing director
Carolyn Picton has been named director of sales and marketing at Nashville, TN-based Blakeford Senior Life.
Picton’s career spans the pharmaceutical, hospital and hospitality sectors and more than15 years of experience in senior living. She previously held roles at The Pines at Davidson and Westminster Retirement Communities of Florida.
Ann’s Choice promotes Richard Weise to dining services director
Richard Weise has been promoted to the position of director of dining services at Ann’s Choice, an Erickson Senior Living-managed community in Warminster, PA.
Weise began his culinary career at Ann’s Choice 19 years ago as a high school employee, washing dishes. Most recently, he was the assistant director of dining services and previously served as general manager, executive chef and sous chef, among other positions.
Lindh, Lundberg honored by LeadingAge Minnesota
Dan Lindh, president and CEO of St. Paul, MN-based Presbyterian Homes & Services, and Jon Lundberg, the recently retired president and CEO of Ebenezer Senior Living, have been honored with Lifetime Achievement Awards from Leading Age Minnesota.
Lindh has been president and CEO for almost 30 years and will retire in 2025. He has been with Presbyterian Homes & Services since 1976 and was named president and CEO in 1997.
Lundberg has been with Edina, MN-based Ebenezer Senior Living, a subsidiary of Fairview Senior Services, since 2007, when he joined the organization as chief operating officer. He assumed the role of president and CEO in 2017.
Parasol Alliance names Kristi Stoglin chief client experience officer
Kristi Stoglin has been named chief client experience officer at Parasol Alliance.
Stoglin brings more than two decades of experience in leadership roles focused on customer engagement, operational excellence and team development.
