TheWorxHub by Dude Solutions has introduced a new mobile security application within its platform; it is designed to help senior living communities improve security rounding, document and manage incidents and maintain a safe living environment for residents.
Security staff can use the application to complete daily rounds and log incidents — such as a resident injury, reported theft or vandalism — on their smartphones or tablets within TheWorxHub and can track all required details for future reporting and corrective action.
“If a resident experiences an incident, it is critical for staff to capture what happened and why in order to prevent future incidents,” Nick Mirisis, vice president of marketing for Dude Solutions, said in a statement.
Rounds automatically are created and pushed to mobile devices, allowing security officers to provide detailed updates as they are completed. The user’s location coordinates are logged as a further safeguard to ensure that rounds are completed and reported on schedule. Dashboards provide instant oversight, with a timeline of all reported activities and access to review open incidents.
