CNAs need more training, better compensation, authors say

Certified nursing assistants caring for seniors should be required to undergo 120 hours of training, and their compensation should reflect the skills and knowledge required to perform high-quality work, assert the authors of an article published online Monday by JAMA, the journal of the American Medical Association.
