Nurse cleared of posting racist remarks on social media, but she and her senior living employer pay a price

A nursing supervisor at an assisted living and memory care community has been cleared of any wrongdoing after accusations that she sent racist messages to another woman. But she and her employer have paid a hefty price for the claim — monetarily and otherwise — with members of the public jumping to conclusions, threatening the supervisor’s personal safety and professional license, and attacking the reputation of the senior living community where she worked.
