The spring Online Expo of our sister brand, McKnight’s Long-Term Care News, is slated for Wednesday, March 27, and Thursday, March 28.

The free event, like McKnight’s Long-Term Care News, will focus on skilled nursing, but senior living readers of McKnight’s Senior Living may find the sessions of value, too. Attendees can earn up to five continuing education credits through the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards.

The expo, now in its 13th year, will open at 10:30 a.m. ET each day.

March 27 will feature educational sessions on post-acute care regulatory changes, trauma-informed care and mobile technology in the workplace. Speakers will be Leah Klusch, RN, BSN, FACHCA; Jill Schumann, president and CEO of LeadingAge Maryland; and Kimberly Gordy, an associate of BakerHostetler.

March 28 will feature educational sessions on wounds at the end of life and funding capital in 2019. Speakers will be Kevin Emmons, DrNP, RN, APN, AGPCNP-BC, CWCN, CFCN, and Beth Burman Mace, chief economist with the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care.

The expo also will feature a virtual exhibit hall.
